No.7 Borve is a newly listed and newly refurbished self catering holiday cottage situated in the village of Borve on the Isle of Skye. Borve is in a central location being just 4 miles north of Portree which is the capital of Skye and an ideal central base for exploring the whole island. Portree has a large supermarket and a variety of smaller shops plus many places to eat and enjoy a drink before going back to.the peace and quiet of Borve which is in a rural setting . No. 7 Borve sleeps 6 with 2 double bedded rooms plus a twin bedded room. It has a very comfortable living room with freeview tv. The newly fitted kitchen has everything for the perfect self catering holiday whether you want to cook or not and has a table and chairs. There is a bathroom plus a separate shower room. At the back.of the house there is a small extension which serves as a bootroom and iaundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and also has a WC. There is oil central heating throughout the house for any chilly evenings . Free wifi. All accommodation is on the ground floor so very easy access to all.rooms.

Outdoor furniture includes a wooden table and matching benches to seat 6 at the side of the house plus another wooden bench at the front to enjoy sitting outside when the weather is good. There are many attractions on the Isle of Skye including Dunvegan Castle, the Quiraing, the Old Man of Storr, Fairy Glen, several beaches including Glenbrittle ,Braes and Staffin beach where you are able to.see dinosaur footprints when the tide is out. There is also Staffin Dinosaur Museum where you also see real dinosaur footprints. Incredible sunsets

can be seen during the summer months. From around the area of Borve you will.find great walks including having direct access to.Borve Hill and the Trotternish Ridge. Always remember to tell someone before you set off.on a long walk. There is cycle hire , pony trekking , golfing, boat trips plus regular events such as live music and ceilidhs around the island. Uig is only 9 miles away so.whether you feel like taking the ferry for a trip to.the Outer Hebrides which includes the islands of Harris.and Lewis (booking is essential) or just to watch the ferry arriving or.leaving Uig both are recommended and very memorable. The Aros.centre in Portree also has a cinema so is another great option for something to do. Staying at No.7 Borve will guarantee you have a fantastic relaxing holiday on the Isle of Skye.
